The Numbers Behind RAMP
RAMP (Reel Advanced Manufacturing Program) delivers measurable workforce and economic impact by preparing participants for high-demand careers in advanced manufacturing through hands-on training, leadership development, and real-world application. With a 95% program completion rate, 100% of participants earning a three-year growth plan, and at least 75% demonstrating measurable skill progression, RAMP ensures accountability and results that are independently evaluated by Philander Smith University for transparency and credibility.

By strengthening the advanced manufacturing talent pipeline, RAMP directly contributes to regional and statewide economic growth. Each graduate is projected to generate approximately $350,000 in new annual revenue, contributing to an estimated $36 million in economic output by 2027 and adding $9 million in new business revenue to Arkansas’s economy—demonstrating how strategic workforce development translates into measurable return on investment for communities and industry.
